The Dimension General Purpose Electrochemistry Cell is made from the following materials that are exposed to the EC fluids. Ensure that the fluids used are compatible with these materials:

The surfaces that are exposed to EC fluids in the Dimension Electrochemistry Cell are made of Teflon.

Bruker has tested Kalrez, Kel-F, Torr Seal and glass with the following solvents (100% solution):

and found less than 1% change in mass over 3 days immersion.

The use of 100% Tetrahydrofuran (THF) is not recommended as it attacks Kel-F and Torr Seal. Use THF only as an additive.
